The Qantas Wine Tracker is a free tool operated by Flight Hacks. We offer optional paid subscriptions ("Pro Alerts") that provide additional features such as real-time deal notifications and on-demand data refresh. This refund policy applies to Pro Alerts subscriptions.

Digital Services — No Refunds

Pro Alerts is a digital subscription service. As the service is delivered immediately upon purchase and you receive instant access to all Pro features, we generally do not offer refunds once a subscription period has begun.

By subscribing, you acknowledge that:

• The service is delivered digitally and immediately upon payment.
• You have access to all Pro features for the duration of your billing period.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access until then.

Australian Consumer Law Guarantees

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Under the ACL, you are entitled to a remedy (including a refund) if:

• The service has a major failure, meaning it is substantially unfit for its common purpose and cannot easily be remedied within a reasonable time.
• The service does not meet a consumer guarantee and the failure does not amount to a major failure — in this case, we will remedy the issue within a reasonable timeframe.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit, exclude, or modify your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If you believe the service has failed to meet a consumer guarantee, please contact us.

How to Cancel

You can cancel your Pro Alerts subscription at any time. Cancellation can be done through your Stripe billing portal or by contacting us directly. Once cancelled:

• You will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing cycle.
• No further charges will be made after the current period expires.
• You will not be charged for any future billing periods.

Exceptions

We may, at our sole discretion, consider a refund in exceptional circumstances such as:

• An accidental duplicate purchase.
• A technical issue that prevented you from accessing any Pro features for the entirety of your billing period, where we were unable to resolve the issue.

Free Service

The core Qantas Wine Tracker is and always will be free. The majority of features — including wine deal tracking, cost-per-point analysis, charts, calculator, and the Hall of Fame — are available to all users without any payment.
